Product Description

The Paxson by Slash was, as the pro model of Johnnie Paxson, built according to his needs. With Zero camber the board has no pre-load or camber, but combines the benefits of camber and rocker, creating a lively, forgiving ride. Using the Snap Crackle Pop wood core you get a strong, vibrant core, which also gives softer boards the right amount of pop. The Reactive Flex makes the board flex across the width through a special fiberglass layout. This results in the effect that the edges lift up on boardslides and dig into the snow when carving turns. Additionally, the Paxson has sweetspot carbon strings in the nose and tail for even more pop for more freestyle fun. Also the Paxson has the slash-typical nose and tail shape, which reduces the swing weight and thus simplifies turns on snow and in the air.
